Question Bsod inaccessible boot device

I had the problem for months but today it didn't open after restarting for a while I never really cared about it since after starting with safe mode and restarting made it launch normally but I can't get it fixed
My specs: dunno if it matters or not
Gigabyte h81m-2spt
I5 4590
Gtx 1050ti
8gb ram
Cooler master 650 w 80 bronze
And sometimes I get another stop code: critical process died
