BSOD infinitive loop

Hello,
Last night I started getting BSOD without doing anything wrong. Now im stuck in infinitive looping. I get a blue screen and a message "ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY(bScsiSDa.sys). It just goes on and on. I do not know how to enter Safe mode because I can't pass my login point, it always restarts and since I don't have shutdown button on login screen and F8 doesn't work I don't know what to do anymore.

If it's not loading in Safe Mode anymore I would suggest doing a clean install of Windows10 itself.
