BSOD irql not less or equal

I received a BSOD with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL while opening winrar after the reboot few of the programs crash without any error.

I was able to run bluescreen viewer and i got these values -

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x0000000a NvStreamKms.sys

My configuration -

CPU - Intel i5 4670
Motherboard - Asus H87 Pro
RAM - Corsair 8gb 1stick
GPU - Intel HD 4600
All the drivers were updated just recently.

Hi Adrian, that error code usually indicates theres a RAM problem. Take your RAM sticks out and insert them one at a time until you find the faulty stick.
