Hi. So since I've owned my PC I've stumbled upon just 1 or 2 BSOD issues.

Last night I received another BSOD with the message irql_UNEXPECTED_VALUE .ndis.sys.

Upon receiving the error I decided to install a program called "Driver Booster" and proceeded to update every driver possible in a hope to fix the issue. This was not the case however and since last night I've experienced 4 BSOD crashes with the same error.

I've tried a great many suggestions found online on how to fix the issue, including:
  • Checking for corrupted files
  • Checking the system registry
  • Checking for further driver updates
  • Performed a full security scan
  • Updated my OS
  • Ran a SFC Scan (No results)

None of these tips have helped as the crashes still persist.
I've read that ndis.sys issues are often caused by network drivers, however when checking my network adapter (Killer E2400 Gigabit Ethernet Controller) and attempting to install the Killer Control Center to update the drivers I am presented with SERVICE NOT RUNNING message, and cannot find the program for Killer on my PC, which is an issue.

Any advice would be HUGELY appreciated, many thanks

Hi. Yes, I am using Kaspersky.
On top of that, Kaspersky has recently been causing me some issues with extremely high memory usage causing me to have to reinstall it multiple times as of late.

Thanks
