BSOD ISQL error

Solution
overall, I think the most likely cause of this bugcheck is a bug in your BIOS fucntions.
go here: http://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/A88XMA/HelpDesk_Download/
select a OS and get a BIOS update.

I would also remove the overclocking software.

You might want to look at the other notes below for things that might cause other random problems.

ok, you have a
bugcheck 0x9f DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

where some hardware, had a sleep request (wake up or go to sleep) and it did not respond.

you have verifier.exe turned on but have a minidump so the debug info gets stripped out. You have to change the debug type to kernel or full memory dump. (kernel would work for this error)

the bugcheck was by the PCI.sys, the failing device was
Realtek PCI/PCIe Adapters rt630x64.sys

the device driver you have installed for this device is:
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt630x64.sys Fri May 10 02:59:08 2013
updated versions should be here:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=7&PFid=10&Level=3&Conn=2
the link was down so i could not check.

now the problem is, it is kind of unlikely to be the cause of your problem.
It could be and it should not hurt to update the file but it is just not likely a direct cause. (more people would have this problem) I would think you would have to have a bug in the BIOS of your machine to get this failure with this driver.

looking at the BIOS versions, you are about 10 versions behind, the version info is not helpful, "improve system stablity".

I would remove some drivers:
start with this overclocking driver:
C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Fuel\amd64\AODDriver2.sys Wed Sep 11 20:36:40 2013

then maybe some of these custom ASUS drivers
\SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\AiChargerDT.sys Sun Jul 15 22:56:07 2012
SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\AsIO.sys Mon Aug 23 18:53:02 2010
\SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\AsUpIO.sys Mon Aug 02 19:47:59 2010

here are some other suspect drivers:
WinCDEmu virtual CDROM driver - Bazis Inc
http://wincdemu.sysprogs.org/
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\BazisVirtualCDBus.sys Mon Aug 08 11:11:12 2011
\C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ElRawDsk.sys Tue Oct 26 02:34:13 2010
