BSOD issues, loads of diferent error messages

Hi guys got a confusing issue
i have just purchased a motherboard and ram thats as simple as it gets.
its 8GB of Ram DDR3 on h67m-ud2h-b3 motherboard
all came bundled
the mobo boots fine but after a while i get a BSOD, with messages ranging from non page area, memory management, Kernel error.
If i use 1 stick of ram, the pc works fine no issues, i have tried both ram in both slots.
i have also used other ram.
but its only when 2 are together it fails

any ideas?

exact model of the ram? are the ram come as a kit?

yes caame together Corsair XMS3 1333MHZ 4gb sticks. 9-9-9-24 1.50v ver8.16
