Question BSOD need help

I have a computer that just appears with a bsod. I'm not sure if it is a software or hardware problem. I opened it in the morning but it was still working pretty okay however when I opened it once more it just went blue screen and I tried many youtube tutorials but it still fails...😭

whenever i start the pc it crashes to the bsod with a stop code of page fault in nonpaged area then boots up again to automatic repair

the 16 gb ddr ram is on two memory sticks
intel i7-700 7th gen
H110M-H

Sometimes it's a memory or driver issue.

whenever i try startup repair it says it cannot work i do not have any save files for system restore the windows version is 10.0.16299.15. Whenever I try to go to safe mode it crashes and boots up back to advance repair. Whenever I try to go back to previous version it says that it has a problem as well as if I try to reset it it says it failed because of a problem as well. I've tried a lot of things and the windows and system32 is in my D drive.

According to the BIOS set up the memory and the other hardware are working fin however should I trust this?
