can anyone hepl me figure out what the problem is, i know its my Graphics card but im not sure why its happening

Check that your mb has the newest bios code on it. Make a boot USB or boot disk of memtest 86 and run it overnight to see if there any ram issue.
Before you do the long test open your case and check that all the fans are moving and there no furry kittens living in your pc. When you work on pc a long time you keep a can of cat food and can opener...one turn of the open you can here those kittens inside the case. The last check that the ram and video card are seated. The last is power supply not holding within the atx spec.

the ram is definately seated, and my power supply is the same, ive cleaned the fans and even taken out the card to test my motherboards onboard to see if it my mb but since i dont have the drivers enabled for my onboard it seems more than likely that its my GC since nothing in my set up has changed in the last 8 weeks for this to happen, my GC is quite old but i think it could benefit from a new graphics card and a good look at as well by a professional
