BSOD problems (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT)

Been getting BSOD twice a week for a month now. I downloaded "WhoCrashed" and i'm seeing that the offending file is always ntoskrnl.exe and ntkrnlmp.exe.

My specs:

16gb RAM
RX 480
Ryzen 5 1600x
ASRock AB 350 Gaming (I had a hard time finding out my mobo spec because in System Info i see
"BaseBoard Manufactuerer ASRock
BaseBoard Model Not Available
BaseBoard Name Base Board"

Is that normal?

I ran a Windows Memory Diagnostic and it came back with no errors.

Also how can I upload my minidump file to share here?

Run memtest86+; Windows Memory Checker does not do great at finding bad RAM.

Depends on the amount of RAM, no more then a half hour for a full pass usually.
