BSOD started appearing recently, maybe RAM is the cause?

Hi all. 5 days ago I started getting stop errors for no apparent reason. It's becoming more frequent and my pc is starting to behave abnormally. Games would start stuttering when GPU and CPU are kept under 60C, and sometimes I get BSOD after that. I noticed that most of the time, my computer crashes when I tab out of a game.
I've run a RAM test on Memtest86, and it came up with >200 errors mid test.

I think the results are bad, but I'm not sure what to make of this. Does this mean I need to get new RAM, or tweak the settings on my RAM? Or is it possible this issue has another cause?
Here is the result from WhoCrashed software.

I've looked everywhere for solutions but since I'm getting different crash reports I don't know what to do, this has never happened to my computer until recently. I've tried reinstalling my GPU driver as I've read somewhere that it could be a faulty GPU driver, but that didn't help.
Another possibility is that I've recently installed Accelero Twin Turbo aftermarket fan on my GPU, and I might have misplaced the thermal pads, as I have no experience on how to place them. But my GPU runs on super low temperatures, below 60 degrees with high load. So I don't know if overheating vram or other components can cause this.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

My specs:
Maximus VIII Hero Mobo
EVGA GTX 1070 SC with Accelero Twin Turbo III
i7-6700k 4.0 Ghz CPU
PNY Anarchy 2x8GB DDR4 2400MHz RAM

Solution
it looks to be the issue. PNY has a decade warranty on their RAM modules you should be able to return them to PNY for replacement.

I just ran Memtest86 on both RAM sticks separately. One of them seems to be failing harder than the other. I don't know how to interpret the results though.

Does that mean it is the RAM that's causing the BSOD? Should I purchase new ones?
Thanks for your help.

Thank you so much for your help. I've contacted PNY customer service to exchange my RAM. I'll see where this goes.
