Solution
its hard to work out causes without it creating dump files.

did you ever change the page files max size as it is only 1gb in size and should actually be same size as ram. That could be why its not creating dumps.

right click start
choose system
From the left pane of the System window, click Advanced system settings.
On the System Properties box, ensure that you are on the Advanced tab.
Click the Settings button from under the Performance section.
On the Performance Options box, go to the Advanced tab.
Click the Change button from under the Virtual memory section.
On the Virtual Memory box, tick the Automatically manage paging file size for all drives checkbox...

click apply and you can close all the screens as this should set it to default size and might actually mean the PC creates dump files.

reinstall windows (without deleting data),

I can't recall, when you say you didn't delete data, was this a reset on just the ssd and left data on hdd? Just wonder if copying everything you want to keep onto the hdd and clean install on ssd and see if it makes any difference. At very least it would recreate all the boot files that may not have been recreated in a reset.

Take hdd out of PC when you do it. Only have ssd inside. if its possible anyway.
