Question BSOD: Unexpected store exception and Critical process died.

Hello, i have laptop (MSI Ge62VR 7FR Apache Pro) im getting bsod Stopcode : Critical_Process_Died, i try many solutions :
Sfc /scannow,
Upgrade Drivers,
Restart computer in safe mode,
DISM,
Perform a clean boot,
Check bad sectors of ssd(where i have installed windows),
windows memory diagnostic,
but error still annoying me .....Dump file is not creating.

Please help me if you can.

Is this happening during the boot sequence? Have you recently upgraded to Windows 10?

Yes its heppens after i turn laptop like 5-10 mins, i reinstall windows (without deleting anything) but problem is still not fixed.

before bsod laptop freezing and getting black screen, after this im getting bsod
