[SOLVED] BSOD Video Scheduler Internal Error when playing video full screen with Media player classic on a display other than primary

Hey there, I had a random crash while gaming after a certain amount of time the other day (Last Epoch), PC didn't bsod just simply hung for a sec then rebooted. When rebooted AMD radeon drivers had disappeared and vid card was disabled. Since installing drivers whenever I full screen video with Media player on another display, screens all freeze to bsod with "Video Scheduler Internal Error". I am running Win11 (fresh install) on Ryzen 5600x, x570 Msi Tomahawk (newest bios), Powercolor Red devil 5700xt. I can play video fine on primary display.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas what I can try. Have reinstalled MPC and MADVR, uninstalled and reinstalled radeon etc, Everything else is up to date also. I have posted DXDIAG I don't know what else is needed>

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

1. Open Windows File Explore
   
2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
   
3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
   
4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
   
5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
   
6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
   
7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

I have heard back from AMD, drivers aren't supported for win11 of course ha, So will resort back to windows 10 Thank you for your help regardless

I know Thank you for the help anyway, reverting back to win10 and everything is normal haha I think perhaps the cpu team need to make the GPU team's drivers

SO it seems there are still problems, having read around the net it seems 5700xt's aren't playing nice with the latest driver (21.6.1) I cannot install any AMD RADEON "FULL" installs, I get a bsod, It seems I can install minimal install though (I did only try the may driver though not later). I am sorry for all this concern. I have checked eventviewer and still, a lot of kernel power errors show, It hasn't had a bsod since May AMD 20.5.2 driver install but these errors are happening. I had a bsod even from watching youtube/streams when multiple windows are going (have since turned off hardware acceleration for browsers).

TBH I think it all started including the WINDOWS 11 troubles when this 21.6.1 driver was installed, I am currently invalid and can't afford nor do I want the added stress of all this. My pc is what keeps me sane haha, If you could help it would be very appreciated All of my drivers are up to date otherwise, no virtualization, no quick start or secure boot, I have emailed/reported to both MSI and AMD not hearing anything back so far but I guess it is the weekend also.
