Does the system boot properly if you do not manually set timings for your memory?

In order to determine the cause of your BSOD, you will need to provide the dump files. Analyzing the dump files will help to narrow down the cause of the failure to a specific component or driver.

Without the dump files, the general advice to resolve most BSOD is to update any drivers with any available newer drivers and to isolate likely causes of BSOD, like applications that interact directly with the operating system (firewalls, Explorer add-ons, etc.). You can also verify the integrity of your system files with the command DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.
