I've had this problem before, still to no avail. I did a clean install about 2 weeks ago, so that would be my last resort. My specs are:

GPU: GTX 980
CPU: i7 4790K
PSU: Corsair 650W
RAM: 32G of 1600MHZ HyperX RAM
MOTHERBOARD: Maximus Hero VII

Attatched are my mini kernal dump.

you had John helping you, alas he isn't always here.

Honestly, since it survives a reinstall its likely hardware.
It passes memtest, Intel Processor Diagnostic utility,

is it still whea or Clock watchdog timeouts?

I would suggest posting on here - follow posting instructions - https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/
its not that I am giving up but well, you might get a faster result over there. I would link to what we have done already in your post - https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...watchdog_timeout.3754376/page-3#post-22648158
