For some time now I have had BSOD problems while downloading big files. It usually only takes like 2 mins into the downloading process before my computer crash and I get a BSOD . This problem has been solved several times by just updating my graphic card or troubleshooting. But yesterday I tried downloading the game swtor and I kept getting BSOD after BSOD. I tried troubleshooting, updating my graphic card, internet adapter, cleaning my SSD and more but with so far no success. Sometimes instead of a BSOD my background turns black and all my icons disappear except the trashcan, and I cant do anything. When I get the BSOD it disappears so fast that I don't have the time to read what it says. But I managed to get a photo of it with my phone and it said 'CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED': I don't know if that will help solving this problem, but all the help I could get is MUCH appreciated, thank you!

Here are my specs:

Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.00GHz
RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 667MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO (SOCKET 1150)
Graphics
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (MSI)
Storage
232GB Crucial CT250BX100SSD1 (SSD)
Optical Drives
No optical disk drive.
Audio
NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM)

I also have an internet adapter from Belkin (AC Wi-fi dual-band USB adapter)

It's not a BSoD I'm familiar with. Looking it up I found this.

Ram has been mentioned, my first thought was harddrive. I'd look at both. The link said drivers, so make sure you update those. If you've installed any sketchy programs recently I'd uninstall them as well.

I have scanned both my ram and my harddrive and it did not find any errors. It looks like all my drivers are up to date and I do not think I have installed any sketchy programs. Maybe I have to do a clean restart for the problem to be fixed?

For memory I used the MemTest and Windows memory diagnostic program (no errors found), for harddrive I used the error checking tool in the properties setting. I also troubleshooted it with the windows troubleshooting from the control panel. I used the device manager and right clicked most of the drivers and searched for updates, but all of them were up to date. I updated my Bios with USB, and tried to download swtor again but it did not sadly fix it. I also used the command prompt and did 'sfc /scannow' and it did not find any errors. I think I've done some other checks aswell but I don't remember them right now.
I downloaded Swtors client (only 15-20Mb big) from origin, I later tried to download the game from the client but when I do I crash and get a BSod (its 35GB big) . I do have this problem at Steam aswell with the game Ark ( 40GB big) which also gives me BSOD while downloading it. Ark has worked before on my computer so I dont know why I cant dowload it now. A weird thing is that when I downloaded battlefield 1 from origin some weeks ago (48GB big) I didn't get any BSod and its running smoothly. Same goes with alot of other games like csgo, l4d2 overwatch. etc. I have no idea why swtor and ark doesn't work but other do. In the past I have had problems with both getting a notification that windows 10 was available for my PC, but also problems with updating it (it kept on crashing at 33% over and over again) I fixed it and now it seems to be running on the latest version of windows 10.
Other files than games or win 10 seems to never have caused a BSod.

Yeah I only have the SSD. It is usually pretty full. I tried to clean it now until I had 120 GB free space, but I still got the Bsod when I tried to download the game . I will keep your advice about 10% space in mind for later though, thanks.
