ok i believe the problem may be driver related and be related to my POS keyboard. Im using a merc z stealth and there are no drivers made for the thing after 2008. the driver in question is C:\Windows\System32\drivers Alpham264.sys I do not need the software for the keyboard. can i still use the keyboard with generic windows drivers? and how do i fix this driver issue

You can try something else go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename Alpham1.sys Alpham2.sys (on 64 bit versions Alpham264.sys Alpham164.sys) to Alpham1.sys.old Alpham2.sys.old. Unplug the keyboard plug it back in

will this be safe to do?
