Ok, I had an Nvidia GeForce 640 GT 2GB. I felt that would be good enough to play WoW, D3, and FF14 on at least high settings... nope! Low only. So I got an Nvidia GeForce 750 GTX Ti 2GB, which can play them all on Ultra, but, now when I try to run WoW, Diablo 3, or FF14 (even on low settings) the system will lag hard, the game will freeze for a couple minutes then "catch up"... or, it will BSOD. I know it's a PCIe 3.0 card and my mobo is only 2.0, but people have told me that it shouldn't matter.
Is my card too strong for my mobo? Is my PSU strong enough/failing? Automatic Updates are up to date as well. Nvidia driver is 353.06.
Here are my stats:
GPU: GeForce GTX 750 Ti
CPU: Intel Core i5 CPU 760 @ 2.80 GHz (quad core)
Mem: 8.00 GB RAM (7.96 Usable)
Res: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz
Mobo: ASUS P7H55-M LE Intel H55 LGA1156
PSU: 600W
OS: MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Here are the most recent .dmps I've gotten:

I also got one that listed ataport.sys (it didn't make the dump file cause I resetted it before it finished) before the one I posted above.
I have also gotten the ntsf.sys one also.
I don't know whats up, could my PSU be failing? Could my video card be too strong for my mobo? I gotta figure this out...
