BSOD When trying to download AMD drivers

So today I booted up my PC and it got the BSOD Kernel Security Check Failure. I went into safe mode and uninstalled my RX 470 drivers, so now I have microsoft basic display adapter. I was then able to log into my PC normally. So after this I went to install my drivers again, and while downloading them I got the same BSOD. I have tried multiple times to download the drivers, and used different versions of AMD crimson relive to download them and get the same error everytime. This happens while downloading the drivers.

CPU: AMD Athlon x4 860k
GPU: AMD RX 470

Download the driver on another system. Or you can use the installation disc from your graphics card (and then update it later).

You can also remove the graphics card, and use the motherboard video output (assuming that the processor supports integrated graphics). Then download the driver to a thumbdrive or a folder and update the driver later.

Plus from a troubleshooting standpoint, removing the graphics card gives you data about the error message.
