BSOD while installing windows xp on preinstalled windows 7

Hello,
I have pre installed Windows 7 on my Acer Veriton x4640g (i5 processor). I am trying to install Windows xp on the same machine. Then setup continues till "Windows is starting setup" message and then boom the BSoD appear.

Does that model have XP drivers from Acer? If not, the hardware may just not run under XP. You can maybe try a different RAM stick.
