bsod while loading into windows

i reverted my old settings in my bios and set new ones. i changed my ram speed from 1333 to 1600 and my core clock to 4.1 with voltage of 1.150. now whenever i try to boot into whindows i get a blue screen

i forgot to mention that i also turned on intel rapid storage technology if that has to do with anything. its my first time that my pc had this on

found the issue, apparently intel rapid storage thing causes,blue screens and doesnt allow you to boot, idk why
