BSOD While Playing Fallout New Vegas and watching YouTube

That's a CPU/GPU error actually. It means you have faulty hardware.
I got a bunch of similar problems on my old GPU before I RMA'd it.

I got a bunch of similar problems on my old GPU before I RMA'd it.

This happened right after I installed the amd drivers for windows 10 so it might be the drivers

It's actually some problem with Flash killing your hardware, basically it won't happen as long as you're not watching youtube.
non flash players like HTML5 shouldn't cause the problem.

This crash indicates a Hardware failure.Try running AIDA64 for testing the CPU.
Run FurMark and Vally Benchmarks for GPU testing.Look for artifacts (A.K.A weird color dots, lines, chunks, anything that is not supposed to be there.
Also run Memtest86+ for RAM testing.
Run S.M.A.R.T which comes with Speedfan, for HDD testing.

And while playing specific games. For me it happened all the time while playing Neverwinter Nights 2. But only if you do both at the same time.

which AMD driver are you using? 15.7 from amd.com or some windows update driver?

If youre using chrome disable hardware acceleration. That stop error can mean youre overclocking the cpu is faulty or its overheating. Updating the BIOS may fix it. But if you update the BIOS do it in the BIOS, if you can not in windows.

And what version of Win10 is it? It may still have bugs in it

I would disable AMD overdrive

It looks like this driver Tpkd.sys can cause probs and maybe causing this crash.

Something to do with PACE Ilok protection system. Are you using a Pace interlok dongle for something?
