[SOLVED] BSOD while updating BIOS ?

Lately I have been having blue screens and they've started increasing in frequency. I started searching for fixes and found that updating BIOS might help so I did but it crashed while updating and now my PC is bricked.

I have a Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi which should have dual bios which I don't know how to utilise, I can't find any information on what do I do?

Tried a clear cmos as well?

Try this all with just one stick of ram in the second slot from the cpu out (A2).
