BSOD Windows 7 BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER ERROR 5 times a day! help please

i have sony vaio vpcea45fg laptop with win7 64-bit and i am getting bsod few times a day..help please.

go to the vio site and see if theres a new usb driver available. as that error seems to indicate a usb error. it may even be caused by a faulty external device such as a faulty usb hdd, but try the driver first.
if you cant find it on there site get the make and model of the motherboard (cpu-z may tell you) got to its manufacturers site and get the usb driver from them.

i dont even connect any usb devices ... my laptop keep sounding connect and disconnect usb sound .....wht should i do? all drivers are updated ...

first go into the device manager (ctrl panel/system/device manager) and look for yellow question marks. you may want to click view on the top bar and show hidden devices.
disable the usb causing the problem.
