BSOD, Windows will not start

bsod on startup, Windows 7 don't load at all. I get the process1_initialization_failed
I don't have a windows dvd in the house. There is a few files and pictures of the kids that I would like to save on the HDD.
I do have a working laptop with windows 10 in the house, as long as a USB drive 128gb.

Any ideas of how I can get my windows to start up?
