Wondering if anyone could help me. My computer can be on for hours then all of a sudden just bluescreen with Driver_IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS with USBXHCI.SYS as the fault.

I have this image and I hope this helps someone solve my problem

Thanks

If you have a laptop, go to the vendor's support page and update the chipset and USB drivers, also update any USB device drivers that are connected via the official support page of the vendor.
If you have a desktop, do the same as for the laptop but go to the motherboard's vendor support page.

Check also for BIOS updates.

If a driver update doesn't help, disconnect all USB devices you don't need and switch the USB ports in use and try other USB ports.

This is a desktop PC I have tried updating USB drivers from the motherboard vendors page like you have suggested and changed the ports I use and it has happened since, I have also tried 4 passes of Memtest86 with no errors at all, as I read somewhere that the cause could be RAM.

My PC specs are as follows (if this helps);
AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200Mhz RAM 4x8GB (32GB)
ASUS ROG Strix 470x Mobo
ASUS GTX 1060 DUAL 6GB

I recommend at least 8 passes, it will take a lot longer but'll be worth it.

Could you provide the dumps in C:\Windows\Minidump, copy them to a different location (you can't access them in C:\Windows\Minidump), upload to onedrive, google drive or dropbox as a zip file, and post a share link.

I have uploaded the dump I have here, I only seemed to have one so its there. https://www.dropbox.com/s/6lt2ufs0ahhroc8/070918-16953-01.rar?dl=0

I will have to run that again later then, thank you for helping.

Hi, I have started it running, I haven't noticed anything as of yet, I am assuming I just leave this running? Thanks again.
