Hello, I keep having some issues with my Dell Latitude 7480. I go to online school full time and am unable to do my homework or post because I keep getting BSOD crashes then they turned to gree crashes. It goes to fast to see the code but I found out about Event Viewer. I have a bunch of red error codes and warnings. I recently put a new hard drive/SSD that I bought off Amazon for $80. Then I bought a subscription of AVG Ultimate & AVG Driver Updater, 1st scan said I had a bunch of drivers out of date. Then every so often it would want me to update more or drivers that already been updated. I don't know how often you normally have to update them but this is the 1st time I have ever had this app. A few weeks go by and it works fine except for my boot sequence continues to try to boot from a USB drive even though I went into BIOS and changed it. It would only reset for maybe a day then it would go back to boot sequence fail and then it would load Windows. I tried to restore it to a later time but it only allowed 3 days back. I have deleted all the AVG app's hoping if I did that it would be ok. Still having problems. It has gotten really bad in last 4 days, here are some of the error's I'm seeing in Event Viewer:
Error - CAPI2 - 256 code: 0x8000ffff - Catastrophic failure
Error - Service Control Manager - 7000
Error - Service Control Manager - 7030
Error - Service Control Manager - 7023
Error - Perflib - 1020
Error - PerfNet - 2002
Error - MSDTC Client 2 - 4104 - Cluster code: 0x8007085A
Error - Application Error - 1000 (100)
Error - .Net Runtime - 1026
Error - App Model Runtime - 69
Error - Kernel Event Tracing - 2 session code: 0xC0000022
Error - App Readiness - 319 (23)
Error - Service Control Manager - 7009
Error - Print Service - 318 Adding Printing Driver
Error - Print Service - 215 Installing a Printer Driver code: 0x3, HRESULT 0x80070057
Error - App Model Runtime - 36 code: 0x800706BA
Error - App Mode Runtime - 21 code: 0x800703FA
Error - App Model Runtime - 24 code: 0x800703FA
These are just the ones since my restore and after I restored it there was a windows update that took almost an hour to do. I don't know why there are codes about a printer? I have never hooked this up to a printer. I also have Warnings to but I am more concerned with the red Error codes. If there is any assistance you can offer me? I would appreciate it. My eyes hurt from all this reading and going round and round and never getting anywhere. If I fall behind in my school much more I will lose my grants/loans and be kicked out.
Thanks again!

Your driver update utility has ruined windows With lots of bad drivers. You should never use driver update utilities. Do a clean install of windows on your SSD And don’t use a driver updater. That will fix your problem I don’t use AVG they are horrid

Windows knows what drivers to install by default and you should only go to the manufacturers website for drivers and install them yourself if you need them which in most cases you don’t because windows will put the right one on there the first time

Well now I cannot get into it at all. I am not sure what the problem is but I found out that Windows Pro comes installed on it so I was trying to reinstall a fresh window 10 home from usb but I can't get past the partition part because it won't allow me to delete or format anything. When I go into command prompt I can only clean maybe one on the list but then it won't let me create anything so I can use. Plus I don't even know which drive or list # to use. I bought this used & see that it has someone else as registered owner or something that has hidden files that I can't get rid of it or I don't no how. Plus the fact that now I can't even get into it to do anything or like I said I don't no how. I am no tech but I have been researching for a couple weeks & coming up with nothing. I am scared of doing stupid stuff like deleting the TPM or whatever it's called thinking that may help getting rid of old files & ownership. (That messed things up worse) & accidentally wiping out the usb (now it's not recognizable but I got another usb)I was gonna use to put windows home on it cuz I couldn't go further after the clean. I didn't know that about AVG or the drivers. That makes me lil irritated cuz I paid for $100 between the 2 for a year subscription. Any further help you can offer?
