Question BSOD

Hello not sure where to post but here's my problem. I just bought a new PC and these are my hardwares (processor:AMD Ryzen 5 2400g, Mobo: MSI a320m-pro, Team elite 8gb memory (dual channel) i got 2 of it so 2x 8gb). So yea at first everything was okay but suddenly after I installed Pingzapper and played Ragnarok Online I got bsod. At first i just ignore it but after sometime it became frequent while my pingzapper is on (unexpected kernel mode trap and there is other like dog it says i forgot). I'm not sure if the cause is Pingzapper or not because my friends uses it too but they are not having any bsod. Theres a time when i didnt turn it on the PZ and im playing Sekiro no bsod has occured. Its kind frustrating because my PC is new and im getting this kind of issue. Anyone can help me?

P.S. I first bought my Pc with only 1 ram stick 8gb and bsod already occured that time. Now its 2x 8b but im still getting bsod.

My PSU is Corsair vs450 apfc power supply 450w. About the malware scan I havent scan my Pc yet and the Cpu temp i dont know where to check but the ragnarok online game is just a very light game compare to Sekiro. I played Sekiro long hours straight and Im not getting any BSOD but the moment I turned on the PZ I get bsod. Even though Im not playing any games and just browsing in google chrome I get bsod while Pz is on. Im not really sure if pingzapper is really the cause but I just observed that i get bsod whenever I turn on my Pingzapper.

I have the minidump of the bsod if this will help. Im not really good at this kind of stuff.
