BSODs , Application crashes yet passes all diagnostic test

Lately for 2 months my PC has been BSOD-ing, Google Chrome Aw Snap!, Microsoft edge kept refreshing, Application kept crashing

Problems:-
- BSOD system-thread-exception, page-not-zero,etc
- Google Chrome kept Aw Snap!
- Microsoft kept refreshing as pages kept crashing
- Adobe Acrobat DC kept crashing when viewing/editing

Troubleshooting:-
- Different ram slots on motherboard
- Tried different ram
- Tried using iGPU
- Memtest86 8 passes all passed
- Intel CPU Diagnostic Tool all passed
- Aida64 5 hours pass & stable
- Temps CPU max - 64C GPU max - 70C
- Battlefield 4(gaming) for 8 hours no crashes
- Fresh copy of Windows 10 (reformat)

Update : Reseated CPU until now no BSOD but rest of the problems presisted.

PC running stock no X.M.P no ASUS enhancements in bios (disabled) no new devices or installed anything new. Overclocked before at 4.5ghz @1.32volts LLC level 5 and X.M.P 2666 mhz

CPU : i5-6600K @ stock
RAM : Corsair LED DDR4 8x2GB 2666mhz @ JDEC
Motherboard : Asus Z170 Sabertooth Mark 1
GPU : Zotac 980ti AMP! OMEGA
PSU : Corsair RM750x
Cooler : NOCTUA U14s
OS : Windows 10 Pro

It's frustrating but I kinda thought of a faulty cpu but how ?

Can you reupload your minidumps as a zip file? Could not open your rar, even with 7zip, which normally can open rar files.
