So this happened the last 3 times i tried. I downloaded the Nvidia Drivers and tried to install them by express installation in Geforce Experience. After few seconds when the installation was ongoing, then the BSOD occured. The PC restarted. Then after restart i tried it again after some time. Same thing. Here is a image from Geforce experience.
Its the driver i'm trying to install.

It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

klpd.sys (Format Recognizer [fre_wnet_x64], Kaspersky Lab ZAO)

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination with the errors that have been reported for these drivers. Include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions on the web by users who have been experiencing similar problems.

Since the crash the screen is flickering like when we refresh windows. The driver isn't updated due to BSODs.
Who crashed is saying it's my Antivirus but how do i fix this? Please Help.

Solution

Thank you for all the response.
I found the solution to this(though not exactly a solution)
http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?s=61c8e9b8c208ffef30b210d5d192cb98&showtopic=333366

It is a known issue. They are going to fix it soon.
Please mark this as the solution for others.
Is it a beta driver? If it's a stable update, then i'd have to say yeah it points towards the anti-virus protection. Sounds like it's giving a false positive on the driver and it's quarantining some file's while it's trying to update.

Try updating with the active security protection turned off.
