Just finished a new build, my first build, and keep getting the BSOD (DRIVER NOT LESS OR EQUAL: NDIS.SYS, CRITICAL PROCESS DIED, and a few others)

AMD Ryzen 7 2700 (w/ cooler)
Asrock B450 Pro 4
EVGA Geforce RTX 2070 XC
EVGA Supernova 550 G3 80+ Gold 550w
G.Skill 32GB (2 x 16GB) Ripjaws V Series DDR4 PC4-24000 3000MHz 288-Pin Desktop Memory Model F4-3000C16D-32GVRB
ADATA SU655 960GB 3D NAND 2.5 Inch SATA III High Speed Read Up to 520MB/S Internal SSD (ASU655SS-960GT-C)
HITACHI 0F14683 Ultrastar A7K4000 4TB 7200 RPM 64MB cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5
Win 10

I could be wrong about this but it seems to happen right after restarting the computer.

Just going to try and go over the trouble shooting I have tried so far.

Ran Memtest86 for 4 passes/ 8hrs on each of the sticks and it came back with 0 errors but I checked the MB page and don't see it under the supported memory.

A bit confused on where and how to set the voltages and timings so I have not changed that.

Not set to fast boot.

Did a ton of CMD checks that I can't remember.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Solution
a quick hardware sanity check - grab a bootable linux USB like Ubuntu in live mode or Slax, if all is well while running linux that would confirm a windows problem.

I boot up linux on every build I do at the bare-bones stage, makes troubleshooting much easier.
