Question BT Hub Manager detects port for laptop but not on PC

So, Im having some connectivity issues with my PC when it comes to FIFA 20. Something I have noticed is that my laptop tends me have better connectivity to fifa than my PC. I must stress that both my pc and laptop are on the high spec side of things but, when I go to play the game, I notice that the EA Tunnel (port 3659) will become active for my laptop but not my PC.
For the life of me, I dont understand why though, any suggestions?

Is it possible that you have UPnP disabled on the desktop ?

Hi,

Just checked and it is enabled and having ran the Xbox networking test, it comes back NAT open but the server is blocked, however, the port does appear on the hub manager with my Ip.
