Bubbles on LG OLED display

http://I have just bought a refurbished LG 65inch OLED B7 and upon inspection noticed clusters of what appear to be small bubbles a few mm in diameter on the panel intermittently spaced across a horizontal line. At first I thought it was muck but it won't wipe off and there doesn't seem to be a protective film in the panel to peel off. I don't know if there is a way to post photographs on here as I'm probably not describing it very well.

My question is does anybody know what may have caused it, and is it something to worry about if it doesn't affect the picture quality at the moment, I.e. is it likely to get worse.

Cheers in advance

Edit: cant figure out how to embed a pic so heres a link:

Yes this is old BUT...

I have this EXACT same issue on my 65B7A

and there are a LOT of those bubbles. You can't see them when the tv is on, but during any dark scene they really stick out

There is no protective film on the tv, I have checked thoroughly.

Why are there bubbles under the glass? Is the glass separating from the oled screen? Tv is 1 1/2 years old, so 6 months out of warranty.....of course

Any advice??
