Budget £40 keyboard for typing and some gaming

I'm building my own PC and so my budget is very low. I need a keyboard mainly for a nice typing experience but it will be used for a bit of gaming - FPSs.
UK layout is a must. I don't mind membrane or mechanical but at my budget I doubt there will be any good mechanical keyboards.
Please suggest some cheap, good quality keyboards.
I was liking the Corsair Raptor K30 but it was USA layout 🙁
