Budget build complete(?)

Solution
There's no point going for higher spec'd ram like DDR4-3000 especially when the processor and the chipset are limiting factors. I'm sorry but that is just bad money wasting advise.

OP,
You can take a look at this, a little higher but includes an SSD and a matched kit, also swapped the board out to the B360 chipset.

Just got another answer how's it look
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vf7PnH

probably this would be better idea because integrated GPU is on the same level as the RX 550:

b]CPU:[/b] AMD - Ryzen 5 2400G 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor ($162.79 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI - B350M PRO-VDH Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($68.00 @ Amazon)
Memory: Patriot - Viper 4 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Toshiba - P300 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($42.88 @ OutletPC)
Case: Thermaltake - Core V21 MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($34.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic - FOCUS Gold 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($54.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $448.64

you can spend the 100$ to:
1. upgrade the RAM to 16BG
2. get an SSD.

Later you can add a proper GPU.

The disk you picked is a slow 2.5" drive, i wouldn't recommend using it for a desktop.

I intend on playing games that aren't super good in graphics but not horrible to look at like all the Soulsborne games and MHW when it comes out and like maybe garrys
Mod. The resolution is something I don't know very well on computer but I intend on keeping it relatively low just so my toaster doesn't get toasted.
