Build Advice Budget build for my father in law - any advice?

Heya all.. Im doing the opposite of what I usually do hehe.. Going from expensive ultra gaming PCs to building a budget build for my father in law.. He needs the PC just for browsing the net, downloading medias, storing photos, etc... No gaming, no rendering.. occasional unzipping large files but that's it.. This is the build i came up with from the local e-shop vendor, with discounts:

He shouldn't need a video card at all if you make sure the CPU has integrated graphics. Can you change the 10105F for something else?

Yeah i thought about that... he does play some HD videos from the PC.. and the CPU prices jump exponentially from there, in terms of price, the next i3 on the list is Gen 12, at 100eur, and then 130, and 150eur

You save 130 by omitting the video card.

And then spend 130 on a two step CPU upgrade or maybe a motherboard upgrade or cooler upgrade or? No??

Looks better to me; the 12100 is about 30 percent stronger than the 10105f on a single thread benchmark.

12100 stock cooler should be OK unless he objects to noise or has some unusual requirement. Up to you where to spend the last 30 or 40 euro.

Something else to consider would be a 5600g or a 5700g. They can handle any HD videos you throw at it since they are APUs and the coolers they come with will be adequate.
