Processor: I'd go Intel even for budget, anything at equal price range will normally destroy it.

Motherboard: Don't buy ASRock, you buy cheap, that's what you get unfortunately. I'd look into an Asus at around 80 for Intel.

Ram, GPU and HDD are fine.

PSU: Stay away from Basiq, at around 12 dollars more you can buy a higher quality antec supply.


Remember, you get what you paid for.

I just built myself a budget computer, all of my parts were bought on sale, so my final cost was $290, I can play almost any game at medium settings, without mail in rebates, my parts would have costed me $350.

My advice to you is that, if you're going for budget, the new AMD Trinity APU's do the job when paired with a 6670 for Dual Graphics.
