I have a 5 year old PC: i5-4690k liquid cooled, in an Antec 1200. I am bottlenecking my 5700 and have hit limits in Div 2 and Modern Warfare. I have built 6-8 PCs since 2001, but it has been 5 years and a lot has changed. So, can you look at the parts below and let me know if I am missing anything or have any compatibility issues. Suggestions for alternatives are welcome.

This will be mostly a gaming PC and some internet with family picture and music libraries. I don’t do VR, video editing or music editing.

Budget: $1300, I want to order within the next week.

Solution
From a power standpoint, the Ryzen 3600 isn't much/any more power hungry than your current CPU. Your current PSU is [presumably] running the system fine, so it's not a stretch to think it can hold up for another 2-6 months.
Granted it's launch day, so pricing could be wonky, but in general, B550 should be cheaper for the same relative quality.

PSUs are horribly expensive right now (and oftentimes out of stock). What PSU do you currently have? If it's decent, I'd recommend reusing it. At least for a few more months until stock stabilizes.

Pricing of mobos is also a bit inflated at the moment. And if they're even in stock. Do your research to figure out what a normal/fair price is for the components you've got your eye on. And check stock frequently.

My current PSU is a 7 year old, Rosewill CAPSTONE 750M 750W Modular Power Supply 80 PLUS GOLD.

Yeah, the MBs i am looking at, Gigabyte and MSI, are $170 to $280. I am fine with either in that range.
