Budget gaming CPU

Hi everyone. This is my first post here. So I'm a student, so I only have 3650000 VND (about 160.6 USD). I have 2 options. To buy a custom build with a G2030 that is cheaper, or a custom built with a G3250. My question is, do I have to spend extra on the G3250, or stick with the cheaper G2030.
P.S I play TF2, Fistful of Frags and CS:GO.

There is not much difference between the two processors in raw performance, but the G3250 is a newer design using Socket 1150 and can utilize PCI Express 3.0. The G2030 uses the older Socket 1155.

Anyone who is concerned about performance and will upgrade components in the future would normally go with the Socket 1150 processor (the G3250). Unfortunately, the performance increase of the processor is very small, so it is not really that much faster. But it uses a newer socket and motherboard chipset.
