Budget Gaming Desktop for around $1000

Hello, I'm looking to build a Gaming desktop since my laptop is on it's last legs [Motherboard is screwed]
It's gonna be my first time building a gaming desktop, my budget is around $1000 preferrably under though.

Needs everything, Monitor, Peripherals except speakers since i already have those.

Games i plan to play: BF3, Skyrim, Anno 2070, League of Legends and hopefully Crysis 3

Resolution: I'm not really picky on these but i can settle for 1600x900.

I don't also plan on overclocking.

I think it is also worth noting that i don't live in the US, I live in the Philippines so prices maybe higher or lower but i'm just trying to get a base on what i should be getting.

I still need a Monitor + Peripherals and maybe some CPU Fans ?
