I would look for a video card with at least 2Gb of vRam. I'm currently upgrading from a card with 1Gb because modern games use a lot more textures, and 1Gb is not enough to load them all, which leads to stuttering in game.

Also 4Gb of RAM is a bit low. 8 is typically the sweet spot for gaming, but keep in mind that the speed (Mhz) of the RAM matters as well.

It wont cost you much more to get a decent video card with 2Gb of Vram, and to add an extra 4Gb or System RAM to your build.
Here are some references that should fit into your price range:

Video card:

Actually i don't want to play games in high settings...I just want to PLAY it :lol:

can I play Assassins Creed: Syndicate in lowest settings without any bottleneck ? (stupid question? :pt1cable:
)

hope i can go for a 8gb ram

yes i have seen lot of interesting prices at newegg & amazon ... but I think those sites don't ship to my country (sri lanka ) :??: .... so i'm going to buy from a local store...also i have to stick to a low budget :(

Ah, sorry I sometimes forget that America is not the only country in the world lol. I'm not too sure how the pricing differs in your area (i know in some countries the price differences can be huge), but its definitely worth the extra cost in the long run. Newegg is U.S. only, and I'm not too sure about Amazon, but you could try it I suppose. Amazon's prices are often better than newegg's, I just use Newegg because they doccument the product specs a lot better, and its a much better place to send people for product examples.

Not too sure about Assassins creed. You might want to look at some gameplay examples on youtube with the video card you picked.
