I would look for a video card with at least 2Gb of vRam. I'm currently upgrading from a card with 1Gb because modern games use a lot more textures, and 1Gb is not enough to load them all, which leads to stuttering in game.
Also 4Gb of RAM is a bit low. 8 is typically the sweet spot for gaming, but keep in mind that the speed (Mhz) of the RAM matters as well.
It wont cost you much more to get a decent video card with 2Gb of Vram, and to add an extra 4Gb or System RAM to your build.

yes i have seen lot of interesting prices at newegg & amazon ... but I think those sites don't ship to my country (sri lanka )
