I don't really know how much a mechanical keyboard with blue switches help for gaming as blue switches are the ones in all the cheap mechanical "gaming" keyboards but being a kind of switch thought for typing. If you go for a standard keyboard with gaming switches (red, black) the cheapest you can find is around 50€ on sales without even retroiluminated keys and in very good sales (like black friday ones) you can get them with lights over 60€, but with macro keys it's unlikely to find cheap real gaming keyboards.
