Budget Gaming PC

I'm deciding what parts to use for a gaming PC but a lot of it I dont know what really makes a goo budget build. I need an OS with it, so excluding that I have about £500(without os) to make a computer. I dont care that much about AMD vs Intel or Nvidia vs AMD as long as you an justify it. I want a 2GB version of my graphics card aswell. Thats prety much all I need to be satisfied.

Overall there wouldn't be a great difference. The Intel option would give slightly better gaming performance in most games. The AMD, being quad core will give benefits, in a small number of games, that actually use multi-core. (like BF3 multi-player, and Skyrim)
