I am someone who has no clues about GPUs, so I seek some help.

I have a system that I put together for my normal use including office work, browsing and monitoring my lab home setup, etc. I do not do any gaming. My system has MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI Motherboard with an i7-14700 processor. The motherboard has a display and an HDMI port that I connect my monitors to. I right now have 2 monitors, 27" 2560 x 1440 display with 100Hz refresh rate (Acer SA272U EBIIP). I plan to add one more of the same monitor. So , just to be on safer side I can day I am looking to connect 4x 4K monitors (as I might upgrade later) to my PC and there would be no gaming involved.

Now, I am looking for the most budget friendly option to achieve that. I am looking for low upfront cost as well as low running cost. So I am seeking a low priced GPU (I can even go with used one) which draws minimal power. I am not even sure if I will need a 4 port FPU or I can still use 2 ports on my motherboard and need a 2 port GPU.

I would appreciate if people here can guide me in the right direction and provide me the recommendations.
Many thanks!

What do you tax the system with on any given day? Please list all tasks/app's used on your system.

Budget is a relative term. Where are you located, what is your budget for your GPU purchase and what is your preferred site for purchase?

For added measure, please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

This has 4 Display ports, so it can do 4x 4k 60Hz

It seems I missed the second part. I would prefer anything upto may be around $150 or can gi max $200. But as I mentioned it should be low on power use as well and it is best if it can just run on pcie slot power.
