Budget is around 60 usd, Thinking about the snowball or the other 3 and buy something that gives me phantom power.. I need to be able to buy a mic I can use for in game voice chat and I can work with making video reviews and just giving my 2cents on.

Blue Snowball ICE
Good overall plug and play

I understand that Phantom power is required for the following 3 that's not a issue, These also come with suspension scissor arms and shock mounts.

TONOR Professional XRL to 3.5mm

AUKEY Condenser Microphone with Pop Filter

Neewer NW-700

Need help choosing the best one for my needs thank you guys very much for any help :)

It's down to your preference really. At that price point, you are not going to see huge differences in quality. Honestly I would just read some Amazon reviews and go for whatever one seems like it will be the most reliable.

I understand being in the certain price point that I can't expect amazing quality by any means but is there any way to determine a better quality one? The Tonor one i linked has a metal shock mount which I don't know if it helps in any aspect but they have it like a selling point.

I thought seriously about the Blue Mic i mean it sounds awesome but it seriously has some things going against it since I can't really position it many areas whereas one of the other 3 have a extendable arm that I can position if im seated, standing pretty much doing anything.

Thanks for the response Autocrat...I actually went ahead with the Blue Yeti overall I decided putting in a few more dollars would be a beneficial thing for me in the long run.... Now the problem of finding a boom arm that will support the yeti's weight... there is one guaranteed but that's like 100 bucks in itself haha...

on a budget, the neewer mics arent bad at all. a bit lacking on bass and might need an amp but good for the price.

the snowball has some issues but likewise isnt a bad mic. finding a shock mount that is cheap is almost impossible though.

the yeti is a good mic but like the snowball its an odd size so finding shock mounts is hard (official one is expensive). also, its heavy so many mounts have trouble with it.

i'd suggest the at2020usb or usb+ (+ adds headphone jack for live monitoring) or atr2500. small so it wont obstruct your vision, standard sized so fits all cheap mounts, not heavy and sound quality as good as the yeti.
