Budget motherboard for haswell i3 4130

Hey guys,
I am looking for a budget motherboard for my first build. technically speaking i am a Gamer but at the moment i intend to use this pc mostly for music production (gonna make some edm...edm FTW!). I will be adding a gpu like the gtx 760 probably later. So on-board audio has to be really good. And also I want the mobo to have USB 3.0 cause i have alot of data exchanging between me and my friends. I saw these 4 motherboards:

1) Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PV
2)Asus H81-PLUS
3)Asrock H81M-HDS
4)Asus H81M-C
You all might be thinking where is msi??? Well unfortunately here in India has OFFICIALLY shutdown for good, that means the warranty will be a huge problem. So which one of these four will be suitable for my audio needs? Also is it better to get a B85 motherboard over a h81??

WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB HDD
gskill rip-jaws x/ corsair vengeance: 4GB DDR3 ram

uhh that one is actually way over my budget dude. i think i can only afford a h81 or a b85 motherboard. The ASRock H87 Pro4 costs $130 here in india!

thanks dude but could you expalin why u did pick the asus h81 plus over the gigabyte and the asrock?? And could anyone tell me is it true that gigabyte has audio issues and also whether Asus and ASrock motherboards have superior audio quality?

I just prefer ASUS quality and reliability when it comes to boards , Gigabyte is decent SO IS Asrock , but I don't touch MSI.
