[SOLVED] Budget Motherboard with 6 or more SATA Ports

I'm looking to put together a low cost build, which will serve 2 purposes: (a) Allow for a minimum of 6 hard disk drives to be connected (for data backup from another PC), and (b) To also serve as an HTPC for viewing Movies on a TV.

So my main requirements are:
(a) Low cost
(b) Motherboard to have 6 or more SATA ports
(c) HDMI output (though this is low priority as I do have an old graphics card)
(d) DDR 4 capable, as I have spare DDR 4 memory

May I have some suggestions please?

Most low cost LGA 1151 boards have only 4 SATA ports. Which is too few for me.
