Budget pc build help

I'm looking at building my first gaming pc (I have always previously brought completes) I only have a budget of around £500-£600 and all I need is the components, I have a screen mouse and keyboard and plenty of cases I would like to try and get a setup that can run new games like gta V on at least mid settings I'm not fussed about Intel or AMD, I have only ever used AMD so do not know how Intel performs would really appreciate any help and advice thankyou in advance
