i have not decided on a case so all suggestions r i will be very appreciated, i need it to be cheapish,stylish and a few fans pre0installed thanks.

Not a bad build! However, the PSU should be changed to something with higher quality/performance such as this.

Note case not suggested as this is more of a personal choice.

You've got an overclockable CPU with a non overclocking motherboard
Kingston ram isn't great
Cooler is pretty poor
Power supply could be better

You can't really overclock that cpu on that motherboard. CPU is pretty strong and GPU is fairly weak. For gaming you mostly need stronger GPU and less powerful CPU.

LucoTF made pretty nice build there, that's what I would go for at that budget.
