Hi all this is my build is it any good. and will it play all the latest new games:

i have not decided on a case so all suggestions r i will be very appreciated, i need it to be cheapish,stylish and a few fans pre0installed thanks.

Solution
You can't really overclock that cpu on that motherboard. CPU is pretty strong and GPU is fairly weak. For gaming you mostly need stronger GPU and less powerful CPU.

LucoTF made pretty nice build there, that's what I would go for at that budget.
