So let me know what you think of my build so far, and what i should replace. So far, I have an OS, a case, a HDD, and a SSD. So i do not need those things.
The build that I have planned so far
i5 4690k
AsRock Z97 Anniversery
Gigabyte GTX 970
Sentey 750 80+ Bronze PSU

The things that I really need help with is the CPU, the Mobo, and the cooler. I want to keep a budget below $750 with these items. I was also curious if I should be replacing the i5 with an FX 8350 due to the lower cost, or if the extra money is really worth the performance. I am going to mainly be using the computer for gaming, so keep that in mind. I also don't think I will be OCing the intel if i go with it (I will definatley OC the 8350).

By a few years of gaming I'm...
There's no reason to spend more money on a -k version of an Intel CPU if you're not going to overclock it. I would go with the i5-4460. My personal preference for gaming is always Intel, but if you can find a good FX for the money that competes with the 4460 (I doubt it) I'd say go for it. Just make sure you change your motherboard for compatibility if you go with AMD. As for the cooler, if your case can fit it go with the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO. Best bang for your buck.

I am mainly trying to make this build have enough performance to carry me through a few years of gaming (Witcher 3, Star Citizen) So I rather either have a i5 4690(k) or an 8350, I just don't know which one to go for.

By a few years of gaming I'm assuming that you are planning to overclock somewhere down the line since you don't want to get a non-K version of the i5. If that's so then I would go for the 4690k.
